What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The parcel is then prepared for shipment.
2. Delivery time

All shipping times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery times may be longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. Click “Track your order” in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.
My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If there is still no information after a few days, you can contact customer service.
