Information on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: support@guillean.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you incur any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have:
- received the returned goods, or
- you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 30 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
- for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
